RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Merchandise returns accompanied by original receipt will be accepted for a full refund or store credit within 30 days.  Returns after 30 days or without original receipt will be accepted for exchange or issued a store credit.  Items will be accepted for return only if they are in completely new condidtion and in original packaging.  Returns are subject to a restocking fee.  All Audio/Visual media are FINAL SALES.  Defective media will be replaced with same item within 10 days of purchase.  NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be granted for special orders, sale or discounted items.  ALL costume sales are FINAL SALES.  Rental Cancellations are non-refundable.  Rental fees will be credited to future rentals.

SHIPPING

Shipping times may vary.  When ordered item(s) is in stock at our store, they will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of the order.  If the item(s) is not in stock, delivery time will take approximately 3-6 weeks.  For special order or back ordered items, expect at least 6-8 weeks delivery time.  We will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible and keep you informed of your order status.

All items are shipped via UPS Ground for traking purposes.  If you prefer to have items shipped via Two-day Air, Next-day Air, or USPS Priority Mail, please indicate that in the comments section of your order and we will inform you of the charges. 

UPS Ground shipping prices for shoes are:  1 pair = $15.00; 2 pairs = $18.00; and 3 pairs = $20.00.  Shipping prices for other items/quantities are calculated based on that particular order.
